I really feel bad that they lost their reseller status as there a lot of other providers who seem to have pathetic service record compared to these guys.

Whoa… was that a sensationalized incident? I hope Ynzal gets their license back and if not, then it’s Apple’s loss. Ynzal might want to consider the route that the DVWarehouse guys took… buying and selling used macs and mac related products.

I agree that YNZAL is good at after sales support but they are also good in handling sales. I once bought Adobe products for the company I once worked with and they gave me good information about their mac products too. I hope they get their accreditation back.
