Ynzal Loses Apple Reseller Status

Bad news. A leading local company gets booted from Apple.

Ynzal Loses Apple Reseller Status

Ynzal Marketing, one of the country’s leading Apple resellers has been stripped off its Authorized Apple Reseller Status. A copy of Apple’s termination letter was posted on Ynzal‘s website along with their public announcement.

The company has also posted a copy of their appeal for reconsideration on their website.

Scores of Mac users in the Philippines showed their support by launching an online petition for Ynzal to regain reseller status and also by participating in the related thread on PhilMUG’s forums.

Ynzal Marketing has been known for their outstanding after-sales support and has always been the first choice of both corporate and hardcore Mac enthusiasts in the Philippines.

We’ve been long-time customers of Ynzal.
I hope they get their accreditation back.

I agree that YNZAL is good at after sales support but they are also good in handling sales. I once bought Adobe products for the company I once worked with and they gave me good information about their mac products too. Hope that Apple would respond to their appeal for reconsideration.

Whoa… was that a sensationalized incident? I hope Ynzal gets their license back and if not, then it’s Apple’s loss. Ynzal might want to consider the route that the DVWarehouse guys took… buying and selling used macs and mac related products.

I really feel bad that they lost their reseller status as there a lot of other providers who seem to have pathetic service record compared to these guys.

Those who wish to support them in their customer’s efforts to have them regain reseller status can sign in the online petition
