When your mind gets tired from all that thinking and when you just feel everything else is falling apart
Archon Digital began as my rant blog for every little evil thing I can think off after a long and stressful day at work. It has since included a few sneak peaks into my world and into the stuff I really am passionate about. This evolution has been for the good as there not many who would be interested on whether I too the freakin’ train or if I squished someone while rushing to work.
The nature of my work and the stress it involves pretty much take a huge toll on my ability to write. Ideas and goals may have flourished but it seems most are physically impossible to meet and remain on the drawing board. 24 hours seems not enough for me, my passion and my work. I have to tell my body to stop working and actually find some time to physically rest.
My PR is down to zero after writing a few paid postings as an experiment back a few months ago. It doesn’t matter to me at the moment and I’d also like to take advantage of it and make a some major changes to my site. I have been contemplating on whether I’d redirect all my traffic to archondigital.com and merge the two domains. Archondigital.com makes much more sense as it is easier to spell and recall without the “dash” in between while archon-digital.com is useful for me for a lot of other purposes.
The next few months will see a rebirth of my site with a new look and feel. Version 4 of Archon Digital is now in the drawing boards.

As something of a self teaching novice on the web I’ve been looking at adverts for paid postings but hadn’t realised they would affect page rank. While PR isn’t my be all and end all I do like to compare my sites with others on the same subject to see how my efforts stck up. Damned inscrutable these Google people.

A healthy Google PR can be a good gauge for negotiating for advertising rates and for getting more out of Google’s information empire.
I want to take advantage of it while it’s still low like make changes to my permalink structure (which I just did last month) and migrate the entire site by merging my two almost identical domains into one site (still in the works).

Kevin your sites keeps showing a 500 error might be something wrong with your server configuration on your free host or it could be using too much resources.

It’s my 2nd month here in Cebu and I just can get online from time to time cause i don’t have my own PC yet.
Man, it really is hard to work for a call center! I never though it needs much patience not to tell you customer that they are too stupid. Hehehe
Most complain that their computer was now has a virus after they subscribed to our company’s service. I’m providing support to a well known ISP in the US. heheh. their are really people who could get that stupid. they even say we have to pay them for the time they were not able to go online because of their busted NIC. heheheh
they’re really stupid dude.
hehehe. anyway, i’m getting the hang of it already and planning to go overtime for about one to two hours everyday by next week and to have shorter weekends hehehe. I could still blog a little now that I have access to the company’s internet. using proxies, of course.

Programming has a very high demand these days, believe me I’m having a hard time headhunting and sourcing out programming gigs. The good ones are either hired or are earning enough from offshore gigs while working in their pajamas half-drunk from home.
Well half drunk was an exaggeration… Hangover maybe…
